Job summary

• Perform installations and repairs (plumbing, electrical, carpentry, painting, equipment) and landscape maintenance.
• Know emergency and safety procedures; respond promptly to emergencies.
• Maintain clean and safe work areas; attend training and staff meetings.
• Possibly provide transportation for residents.
• Maintain a safe working environment and professional demeanor toward residents and co-workers.
• Follow all company policies and procedures; perform other duties as assigned.
