The ideal candidate has at least 2 years in maintenance, a high school diploma or GED, and the ability to lift up to 75 pounds. Tools may be needed, and safety rules must be followed.

Qualifications

• Minimum 2 years of maintenance experience.
• High School Diploma or GED preferred.
• Valid operator’s license with a good driving record.
• Knowledge of plumbing, electrical, appliance repairs, HVAC and carpentry.
• May need to provide own tools.
• Ability to lift up to 75 pounds.

Responsibilities

• Perform maintenance to ensure homes and community areas are in proper condition.
• Execute work orders and report status to the Community Manager.
• Maintain community grounds and perform lawn care tasks.
• Perform snow removal as applicable.
• Assist in refurbishing Community Owned homes.
