Job summary

InTown Suites in Villa Park, IL is seeking a General Manager to oversee daily operations of a single property and drive financial performance while maintaining guest satisfaction.

You will recruit and develop staff, manage front office functions, oversee budgeting and P&L, and coordinate maintenance and safety compliance. Strong leadership, communication, and long hours are required with market property travel.

Qualifications

• Minimum 3 years of management experience.
• Supervisory experience required.
• Ability to read and interpret reports and financial data.
• Travel to other properties within the market is expected.

Responsibilities

• Recruit, interview and hire property staff.
• Train and develop staff; support property team.
• Oversee office operations, guest check-in/out, cash handling and payroll.
• Maximize financial performance through revenue management and budgeting.
• Ensure safety, maintenance and adherence to policies.
