Job summary

InTown Suites is seeking a General Manager for the North Charleston property to oversee daily operations, financial performance, guest experience and staff leadership.

You will recruit and train staff, manage front office and housekeeping, ensure safety and compliance, drive revenue through pricing and local marketing, and collaborate with local authorities. This role requires strong communication, problem solving, and the ability to work long hours to meet budgets.

Qualifications

• Experience in hotel management or property operations.
• Strong leadership and staff development abilities.
• Proven budgeting, forecasting and P&L responsibility.
