Job summary

InTown Suites is seeking a Guest Room Supervisor to oversee housekeeping operations at our North Charleston location. You will supervise staff, schedule shifts, and ensure guest rooms meet the brand’s cleanliness standards.

You will train staff, monitor performance, and maintain safety and quality across all guest areas. The role requires flexible hours and a focus on guest satisfaction.

Qualifications

• Experience with housekeeping/laundry SOPs and techniques.
• Ability to supervise and train staff to company standards.
• Proven ability to manage multiple tasks and deadlines.

Responsibilities

• Supervise and train housekeeping staff according to SOPs.
• Schedule housekeeping staff based on needs.
• Ensure all rooms and areas meet company standards.
• Inspect rooms before opening to ensure readiness to sell.
• Maintain safe, clean, and well-equipped work environment.
• Reconcile daily paperwork with GM before end of shift.
