Job summary

InTown Suites North Charleston is seeking a General Manager to lead daily hotel operations, recruit and develop staff, oversee front desk, housekeeping and maintenance, and ensure outstanding guest experiences.

You will manage budgets, analyze P&L, drive revenue through pricing and local marketing, and build strong relationships with local authorities. The role requires long hours and leadership, with growth opportunities within a nationwide brand.

Qualifications

• Experience leading property staff or hotel operations.
• Strong communication and organizational skills.
• Ability to analyze financials and manage budgets.

Responsibilities

• Recruit, interview and hire property staff.
• Oversee front desk, housekeeping and maintenance operations.
• Ensure guest service excellence and issue resolution.
• Monitor revenue, pricing and local marketing efforts.
• Prepare and manage annual budgets and P&L.
• Coordinate with supervisors and other General Managers.
