Job summary

Cushman & Wakefield is seeking a Financial Manager to protect client assets and ensure accurate financial reporting for assigned properties. You will review postings, approve invoices, and generate accounts payable/receivable data for reporting.

Responsibilities include journal entries, bank reconciliations, rent and CAM calculations, and assisting with annual budgets. Travel to multiple properties may be required, with a strong compliance focus and attention to deadlines.

Qualifications

• Four year degree in Business or Accounting strongly preferred.
• 5+ years experience in accounting, 3+ years in real estate.
• Excellent lease administration skills required.
• Working knowledge of Microsoft Office, SAP, Yardi Voyager and other listed systems.

Responsibilities

• Reviews, approves and posts Accounts Payable batches for property.
• Monitors cash balance and coordinates funding as needed.
• Prepare and record entries for payroll and payables.
• Review leases, reconcile bank statements and post monthly charges.
• Prepare monthly billing statements for tenants and manage cash flow forecasts.
• Assist auditors and support annual operating budget processes.
