Job summary

Cushman & Wakefield is seeking a Senior Accountant - Financial Reporting to lead month-end close, consolidation, and reporting tasks. The role provides oversight for accounting records, bill processing, and financial support for the Financial Manager and Property/Facility Managers.

The candidate will supervise Accounting Coordinators and Accountants, manage data bases and accounting systems, and collaborate with cross-functional teams in an international environment.

Qualifications

• Bachelor’s degree in Accounting and/or Finance.
• CPA not required but would be preferred.
• Minimum 2 years of relevant work experience.

Responsibilities

• Oversees the preparation of invoices and data entry for submission to property management.
• Maintains records of financial transactions and postings to subsidiary accounts.
• Prepares and submits expense reports and variance analyses for approvals.
• Compiles reports and analyses showing cash flow, A/P, A/R, and P&L, and maintains ledgers.
• Supervises Accountants and Accounting Coordinators.
