Cushman & Wakefield is seeking a Financial Manager to protect client assets and ensure accurate financial reporting for assigned properties. You will review postings, approve invoices, and generate accounts payable/receivable data for reporting.
Responsibilities include journal entries, bank reconciliations, rent and CAM calculations, and assisting with annual budgets. Travel to multiple properties may be required, with a strong compliance focus and attention to deadlines.
Financial Manager
The Financial Manager will ensure the protection and control of client's assets as they pertain to assigned property by following client's procedural policy on the recording and approving of transactions as well as the full reporting of financial results. This job operates in a professional office environment. This role routinely uses standard office equipment such as computers, phones, photocopiers, filing cabinets and fax machines. Regularly required to travel outside between properties in varying weather conditions.
