Job summary

Campus Apartments seeks an Accounts Manager to support operations across our Philadelphia properties. You will oversee tenant accounts receivable and payable, process invoices, and lead eviction coordination with our legal team.

You will work with the General Manager to ensure fiscal stability, accurate lease data, and timely reporting. Strong proficiency with Microsoft Office and Entrata is preferred, with excellent communication in a fast-paced environment.

Qualifications

• Bachelor degree or equivalent combination of education and experience.
• Proficient in Word, Excel and Outlook.
• Knowledge of Entrata preferred.
• Ability to meet deadlines and follow paperwork.
• Strong communication in a fast-paced environment.

Responsibilities

• Oversee all tenant related accounts receivable
• Record manual receipts for physical check deposits
• Weekly review of aged receivable reports
• Enter and correct resident ledger charges as needed
• Review monthly recurring charges reports for discrepancies
• Lead eviction process with legal team
• Scan, enter and attach all invoices related to assigned properties
• Process Philadelphia related invoices and online payments (real estate taxes, licenses, etc)
• Work with payables department to ensure vendors are paid in a timely manner
• Assist the General Manager in all actions that involve and/or influence the property
• Assist with leasing activities and resident relations
• Answer telephones as needed
• Plan and direct social activities as needed
• Inspect move-outs and schedule units for turnkey as directed
• Verify that information on move-in and renewal leases agrees with information entered into the computer
• Follow up on service requests and perform call backs
• Verify completion and accuracy of Weekly Leasing Reports
• General maintenance, audit and filing of property records
