Job summary

The Connection is seeking a Manager of Property Operations in New Haven, CT. This role has primary authority over general maintenance, security, and housekeeping across all Connection properties, ensuring safety, quality, and smooth daily operations.

You will coordinate with outside vendors and contractors, oversee agency transportation and office administration, and collaborate with real estate professionals and landlords to source new facilities and coordinate moves.

Qualifications

• Bachelor’s Degree in related field preferred.
• 5 years of progressive experience in property management, facilities management, office administration or project management.
• 2 years of supervisory experience.
• Experience managing multiple priorities and projects simultaneously.
• Valid Driver’s License.
• Regular and predictable attendance is required.

Responsibilities

• Oversee general maintenance, security, and housekeeping operations across all Connection properties.
• Ensure smooth daily facility operations including office management and agency transportation services.
• Coordinate with outside vendors, contractors, and public safety officials.
• Work with real estate professionals and landlords to source new facilities.
• Coordinate facility readiness and move planning to new location.
