Job summary

The Connection in New Haven seeks a Manager of Property Operations to oversee maintenance, security and housekeeping for all Connection properties. You will also manage office administration, agency transportation services, and reception, ensuring safety and quality standards are met.

You will coordinate with outside vendors and contractors, interact with public safety officials, and work with real estate partners to source facilities and plan move logistics.

Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree preferred in a related field.
• 5 years of progressive experience in property or facilities management.
• 2 years of supervisory experience.

Responsibilities

• Oversee general maintenance, security, and housekeeping across all Connection properties.
• Coordinate daily facility operations and office administration.
• Liaise with vendors, contractors, and public safety officials; manage procurement and occupancy needs.
• Collaborate with real estate professionals and landlords to source new facilities and coordinate moves.
