Job summary

Genuine Search Group seeks an experienced Property/Facilities Manager to support two commercial properties in CT. You will coordinate maintenance, oversee vendors, and act as primary contact for tenants and visitors.

This role involves budgeting support, monthly reports, accounts payable assistance, and on-site operations. Candidates should have 3+ years in property management, strong organizational skills, and proficiency with property management software and MS Office.

Qualifications

• 3+ years of experience in property management, facilities, construction, or a related field.
• Commercial real estate experience preferred; retail or office experience is a strong plus.
• Strong tenant and vendor relationship skills.
• Excellent organization and attention to detail.
• Ability to manage multiple priorities independently.
• Strong communication and interpersonal skills.
• Comfortable working with property management software and MS Office.

Responsibilities

• Support the day-to-day management and operations of two commercial properties
• Serve as a key point of contact for tenants, vendors, and visitors
• Coordinate maintenance, repairs, service requests, and contractors
• Conduct regular property inspections and identify maintenance and capital improvement needs
• Assist with ongoing redevelopment and capital improvement initiatives
• Review and process property invoices and support accounts payable
• Assist with budgeting, monthly reporting, and financial tracking
• Support tenant collections and account follow-up
• Manage vendor relationships, contracts, and Certificates of Insurance
• Maintain accurate tenant, vendor, and property records
• Assist with tenant communications, events, and property meetings
• Participate in an occasional on-call rotation
