Job summary

North Point Hospitality Group, Inc. is seeking a dedicated maintenance professional to keep our properties safe, functional, and welcoming.

You will perform routine maintenance, respond to guest needs, and ensure spaces meet high standards of cleanliness and safety. Ideal candidates have experience in carpentry, painting, plumbing, and basic electrical work, with a professional demeanor and a true guest-service orientation.

Qualifications

• High school diploma or equivalent.
• Experience in general repair such as carpentry, painting, plumbing, and maintaining mechanical equipment.
• Pool certification is a plus.
• Professional, courteous demeanor.
• A can-do attitude and passion for guest service.
• Ability to anticipate guest needs and respond in a friendly, helpful way.
• A consistently caring and respectful approach.
• A gracious host mindset—for guests, vendors, and future teammates.

Responsibilities

• Help create an outstanding guest experience by keeping the property safe, functional, and well-maintained.
• Follow guest room preventive maintenance checklists.
• Complete room maintenance and ensure spaces are left clean, safe, and free of debris.
• Perform basic repairs including light fixtures, grout and caulking, tightening loose fixtures and toilet seats, minor plumbing and electrical repairs, painting and wall touch-ups.
• Interact with guests and respond to maintenance needs promptly and professionally.
• Immediately report safety concerns or significant maintenance issues to management.
• Meet all quality assurance standards and expectations.

What you’ll do (mostly this…other duties may be assigned):
