This role requires a high school diploma or equivalent and experience in carpentry, painting, plumbing, and mechanical upkeep. Pool certification is a plus, and a can-do, guest-first attitude is essential.

Qualifications

• Experience in general repair including carpentry, painting, plumbing, and maintenance of mechanical equipment.
• Pool certification is a plus.

Responsibilities

• Maintain guest rooms and common areas to ensure safety and cleanliness.
• Follow preventive maintenance checklists and perform basic repairs.
• Repair grout, fixtures, plumbing, and electrical issues as needed.
• Paint and touch up walls; assist with decorating and spaces.
• Interact with guests and respond promptly to maintenance requests.
• Report safety concerns to management and meet quality standards.
