The role involves analyzing insurance policies, drafting coverage opinions, handling discovery, and advocating at hearings and mediations while managing multiple projects with strong time management.

Qualifications

• Admitted to practice law; California bar admission strongly preferred.
• Strong research, writing, and analytical skills.
• Interpersonal, leadership, and mentoring abilities.

Responsibilities

• Analyze insurance policies and claim materials; draft coverage opinions.
• Prepare correspondence to colleagues and clients.
• Prepare and respond to written discovery; draft pleadings and briefs.
• Conduct and defend depositions; attend hearings and mediations.
• Conduct legal research using Westlaw.
