• Coordinate vendor work, annual inspections, and utility account on/offs.
• Assist General Managers with Emergency Response Plans and contact info for first responders.
• Help prepare annual budgets and coordinate travel and expense reports.
• Review cases in Kimco's Customer Service platform and issue work orders to vendors.

Primary focus is related to administrative functions and tenant / vendor relations including, but not limited to the following: collection of vendor bids and preparation of contracts related to repairs, maintenance and Capital Improvement projects; review and coding of all vendor invoices; coding and processing of all Job Cost related documents; re-class of expenses; coordination of vendor work, annual inspections (ex.
