Qualifications

• High school diploma or equivalent.
• Demonstrated experience in management of residential or commercial projects.
• Proficient in standard IT tools, including Microsoft Office.
• Demonstrate supervisory potential.
• Must have and maintain a valid driver’s license.
• Excellent verbal and written communication; reading English proficiency.

Responsibilities

• Supervise Assistant Property Managers handling certifications and renewals for HUD, PHA and Safe Harbor.
• Provide regular regulatory training on HUD Section 8 and Safe Harbor programs.
• Conduct internal audits for accurate certifications and renewals.
• Monitor and approve unreported income cases as they arise.
• Coordinate annual inspections ensuring HUD Section 8 compliance.
• Maintain EIV documents per program guidelines.
• Monitor and approve terminations of Section 8 assistance.
• Review TRACS, HAP, and PHA reports and correct discrepancies.
• Process special claims and review HAP Voucher Checklist monthly.
• Submit internal and external audit documentation, including MOR responses.
