RangeWater Real Estate is seeking a Community Manager to lead a team at our multifamily property in South Carolina. You will drive leasing, marketing, budgeting, and owner communications while ensuring high-quality resident services and compliance with regulations.

The role requires 1–3 years in multi-family management, proficiency with Entrata/Yardi or One Site, and strong leadership and problem-solving abilities.

Qualifikationen

• Education: High School Diploma or GED Equivalent.
• Experience: 1–3 years in multi-family property management or related field.
• Proficiency with property management software (Entrata/Yardi and/or One Site) and strong communication skills.

Aufgaben

• Lead and coach the property team; conduct interviews, hires, and training.
• Drive revenue through targeted leasing and marketing strategies.
• Model budgets, forecast financials, and manage invoicing and reporting.
• Analyze market trends and adapt property strategies accordingly.
• Ensure property operations comply with policies, laws, and standards.
• Coordinate client/owner communications and vendor management.
• Oversee safety, maintenance, and curb appeal; report issues promptly.
• Resolve resident concerns and maintain high service levels.
• Monitor competitors and build market relationships.
