RangeWater is seeking a proactive Community Manager for our Charlotte, NC multifamily property. You will lead the onsite team, drive leasing, manage budgets, and ensure operations meet company standards and regulatory requirements.

Ideal candidates bring 1-3 years of supervisory property management experience, strong communication, and proficiency with Entrata Yardi or similar software. This role emphasizes resident satisfaction and financial performance.

Qualifications

• Supervisory experience required: hire, lead, evaluate, and manage staff.
• Multi-Family Property Management background preferred.
• Strong communication, presentation, and delivery skills.

Responsabilités

• Lead onsite team to meet budgeted financial and operational goals.
• Manage leasing strategies and drive revenue growth.
• Model budgets, forecast, and prepare financial reports.
• Analyze market trends and recommend property improvements.
• Oversee lease enforcement, inspections, and collections.
• Coordinate owner/client updates and vendor management.
• Ensure safety, maintenance, and curb appeal standards.
• Address resident concerns and ensure high satisfaction.
• Engage with competitors and build market relationships.
• Perform other duties as assigned.
