Responsibilities

• Oversee all daily property operations.

• Achieve strong NOI through cost control and financial oversight.
• Monitor rental collections, posting, and invoice processing.
• Complete and submit required company and regulatory reports.
• Maintain compliance with state and federal laws.
• Lead property maintenance and site staff.
• Ensure safety of the site and occupants.
• Bid, negotiate, and manage vendor contracts.
