Job summary
ALCO Management seeks a Regional Property Manager to oversee operations across multiple affordable apartment communities in a Memphis-area portfolio. You will lead Community Managers and site teams, ensuring affordability, regulatory compliance, and resident success while driving long-term sustainability.
The role combines strong compliance knowledge with financial and operational leadership to maintain high occupancy and optimize rental income.
Qualifications
- Strong knowledge of affordable housing programs and compliance requirements.
- Demonstrated financial management and budgeting expertise.
- Proven leadership experience managing multi-site teams.
- Strong communication, organizational, and problem-solving skills.
- Ability to travel regularly within assigned portfolio.
Responsibilities
- Lead portfolio-wide team development, mentorship, and regular portfolio meetings.
- Partner with Community Managers to ensure cost-effective operations and budgeting.
- Monitor financial performance, variances, and occupancy within program guidelines.
- Oversee maintenance, asset management, and vendor contracts in collaboration with Asset Management.
- Ensure regulatory compliance and readiness for agency inspections.
