Job summary

The candidate will support the Community Manager in managing the property waitlist and ensuring compliance with Section 8 regulations. This role involves processing rental applications, executing leases, and maintaining resident files in accordance with HUD guidelines.

The ideal candidate should have a high school diploma, experience with HUD compliance, and proficiency in Microsoft Office. The position offers a salary range of $17.00 – $21.00 an hour, and a comprehensive benefits package.

Qualifications

• Experience with HUD compliance regulations is required.
• Ability to manage multiple priorities and compliance deadlines.
• Valid driver's license required if operating personal vehicle.

Responsibilities

• Manage the property waitlist in accordance with regulations.
• Process rental applications and prepare leases.
• Complete and approve certifications in a timely manner.
• Maintain resident files to ensure compliance.
• Explain lease provisions to residents.
• Maintain communication with property management staff.
