Job summary

Thrive Communities is seeking a Full-time Property Manager in Seattle to oversee income collection, resident relations, marketing, and administration. You will maintain tenant records, issue notices, and manage move-ins and move-outs while ensuring high resident satisfaction.

Ideal candidates have 2+ years in property management, experience with Yardi/CRM and On-Site, and knowledge of affordable-housing programs. On-site work with a strong focus on community growth and retention.

Qualifications

• 2+ years experience in property management or equivalent experience.
• Experience with Yardi/CRM and On-Site.
• Accounts Payable experience or prior experience reviewing and paying/entering invoices.
• Affordable housing experience (ex: LIHTC, MFTE, ARCH).

Responsibilities

• Income collection & accounts payable; maintain resident records and timely payments.
• Resident relations; preserve positive customer relations and conduct on-site inspections.
• Marketing; manage ads, greet prospects, show units, respond to inquiries.
• Administrative; update daily reports, file leases, process move-ins/outs.
• General; perform duties as assigned by management.
