Greystar is seeking a Property Manager for a midrise community in Wesley Chapel, FL. You will lead day-to-day operations, manage a team, and drive financial and occupancy goals across the 320-unit property.

Responsibilities include budgeting, rent collection, vendor management, lease enforcement, and resident relations. A bachelor’s degree and 4–6 years of relevant experience are preferred.

Qualifications

• Bachelor’s degree preferred in Business Management, Real Estate, or related field.
• 4–6 years minimum of relevant property management, sales, marketing, and customer service experience.
• Ability to manage multiple priorities in a fast-paced environment.
• Excellent communication, conflict resolution, and customer service skills.

Responsabilités

• Develop and monitor property budgets by analyzing financial statements and market information.
• Set rent rates, ensure timely collection, and prepare monthly financial status reports.
• Approve invoices and manage vendor communications and payments.
• Oversee lease enforcement, inspections, notices, evictions, and late fees as allowed.
• Analyze market trends and implement marketing and leasing strategies to hit occupancy and revenue goals.
• Respond to resident questions and service requests to promote satisfaction and retention.
• Supervise staff, hire, train, and appraise performance in line with company policies.
