Job summary

RangeWater Real Estate is seeking a Community Manager in Colorado to lead property operations and drive leasing and revenue results. You will oversee daily team activities, coordinate marketing efforts, and ensure compliance with policies and regulations.

The role requires 1–3 years of supervisory and multi-family property management experience, strong communication skills, and proficiency with Entrata/Yardi/One Site. Weekend availability and local travel may be required.

Qualifications

• Requires a High School Diploma or GED and supervisory experience.
• Experience managing multi-family properties is preferred.
• Strong communication, presentation and delivery skills are essential.
• Proficiency with property management software (Entrata/Yardi/One Site) is required.

Responsibilities

• Lead and evaluate the team; hire, train, and develop staff.
• Drive revenue growth through targeted marketing and leasing strategies.
• Model budgets, forecast finances, and prepare financial reports.
• Analyze market trends and implement property improvements.
• Oversee lease enforcement, inspections, and collections.
• Coordinate client/owner communications and vendor management.
• Ensure safety, cleanliness, and curb appeal of the property.
