Job summary

Asset Living is a dynamic real estate management firm seeking a Community Manager to oversee all operations of a housing community on-site. You will supervise staff, manage leasing and maintenance, and ensure compliance with policies, safety, and fair housing guidelines.

The role requires daily on-site presence, budgeting, and leadership to achieve strong net operating income. A CAM/ARM is preferred, with a background in housing and basic software fluency, plus reliable transportation for

Qualifications

• High School Diploma or equivalent; a bachelor’s degree or 4 years housing experience preferred.
• CAM or ARM certification preferred.
• Ability to understand and perform all on-site software functions; basic computer skills required.
• Knowledge of Fair Housing Laws and OSHA requirements.

Responsibilities

• Regular/daily onsite attendance is required.
• Supervise on-site staff, hire, train, coach, and develop staff.
• Develop yearly operating budgets/forecasts and monitor finances.
• Ensure compliance with company policies, safety standards, and fair housing guidelines.
• Lead emergency response and maintain high levels of resident satisfaction.
