Responsibilities

• Oversee day-to-day operations of the community to meet financial and operational goals.
• Direct loss prevention, risk management, safety, maintenance, marketing, leasing, and upkeep.
• Develop income strategies and manage cash flow and leasing.
• Analyze monthly financial statements and variances from budget.
• Maintain accurate community files and lease data in management software.
• Coordinate revenues and manage invoices for services needed on site.
• Lead on-site maintenance, office staff, and leasing teams.
• Manage resident relations and address repairs, rent charges, and lease issues.
