Middleburg Communities seeks an experienced Community Manager to oversee daily apartment operations, drive occupancy and financial performance, and lead a property team. You will manage rent collection, budgeting, and reporting while upholding safety, service quality, and regulatory compliance across communities.

The role emphasizes strong leadership, customer service, and a hands-on approach to drive NOI and resident satisfaction in a dynamic market.

Qualifications

• College degree required (BA/BS) with industry experience.
• Minimum 3 years of Property Management experience.
• ARM/CPM/CAM/CAPS or other designation preferred.
• Experience with OneSite/RealPage and computerized accounting.
• Strong budgeting, financial statement knowledge, and Excel proficiency.
• Excellent English communication and customer service skills.

Responsibilities

• Manage daily operations of apartment communities and maximize cash flow.
• Lead leasing, marketing, and resident relations activities.
• Prepare and monitor annual operating budgets and variances.
• Ensure rent collection, delinquencies, and court actions as needed.
• Oversee property compliance with Fair Housing and eviction laws.
• Develop cost-saving strategies and oversee maintenance plans.
