Qualifications

• Bachelor’s degree preferred in Business Management, Real Estate, or related field.
• 4–6 years minimum of relevant experience in property management, sales, marketing, and customer service.
• Ability to manage multiple priorities in a fast-paced environment.
• Excellent communication, conflict resolution, and customer service skills.
• Detail-oriented and self-motivated with the ability to work independently, as a leader, and as a collaborative team member.

Responsibilities

• Manage daily operations of the property to achieve budgeted financial and operational goals.
• Supervise property staff, including hiring, training, and performance management.
• Assist in managing client/owner relationships by providing updates and responding to requests.
• Oversee lease enforcement, approvals, discounts, renewals, inspections, and notices.
• Conduct regular property inspections to ensure safety, cleanliness, and appearance.
• Prepare and review financial reports and manage expenditures within the approved budget.
