Job summary

Greystar seeks a Property Manager to lead day-to-day operations of multiple apartment communities in Washington. You will oversee staff, budgeting, leasing, and maintenance to meet financial and occupancy goals while ensuring compliance with housing laws and company policies.

The role requires 4–6 years of experience, a Bachelor's degree, and proficiency with Entrata, Yardi, or OneSite. A valid driver’s license is required for on-site duties, and collaboration with owners and vendors is

Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree preferred in Business Management, Real Estate, or related field.
• 4–6 years minimum of property management, sales, marketing, and customer service experience.
• Ability to manage multiple priorities in a fast-paced environment.
• Excellent communication, conflict resolution, and customer service skills.
• Detail-oriented and self-motivated with leadership and teamwork ability.

Responsibilities

• Oversees day-to-day operations of 2+ properties to meet budgeted goals.
• Sets rent rates, collects revenues, deposits funds, and reviews monthly reports.
• Approves vendor invoices, ensures insurance certificates, and codes charges.
• Manages expenditures within approved budget and petty cash maintenance.
• Oversees lease enforcement, applications, renewals, and notices; conducts inspections.
• Develops marketing/leasing strategies to achieve occupancy and revenue goals.
• Promotes resident satisfaction and coordinates maintenance with staff.
• Hires, trains, and evaluates property staff; maintains owner communications.
• Prepares accounting, financial, and administrative reports; other duties as needed.
