Job summary

Greystar Worldwide, LLC, located in Kent, WA, is seeking a Property Manager to oversee day-to-day operations of an assigned apartment community and lead the on-site team. The role centers on achieving budgeted financial and occupancy goals while upholding company policies and regulatory compliance.

The position requires 4–6 years of property management experience, a bachelor’s degree preferred, and strong communication and customer service skills.

Qualifications

• Bachelor’s degree preferred in Business Management, Real Estate, or related field.
• 4–6 years minimum of property management experience managing day-to-day operations and team workflows.
• Ability to handle multiple priorities in a fast-paced environment.
• Excellent communication, conflict resolution, and customer service skills.
• Detail-oriented and self-motivated with leadership ability.

Responsibilities

• Develop and monitor property budgets and analyze financial statements.
• Set rent rates, collect rents, and review monthly financial reports.
• Approve invoices and manage vendor communications and insurance certificates.
• Control expenditures to stay within budget and manage petty cash.
• Oversee lease enforcement, inspections, and renewal processes.
• Analyze market trends and adjust marketing and leasing strategies to meet occupancy goals.
• Respond to resident questions and ensure maintenance requests are completed promptly.
• Supervise staff hiring, orientation, and performance management.
