Guardian Real Estate Services LLC is hiring a Full-Time Community Manager for our Wyndhaven property in Hillsboro, OR. You will oversee operations, staff, leasing, and compliance to meet ownership goals and Fair Housing requirements.

The ideal candidate has multi-family management experience, strong organizational and leadership skills, and a commitment to resident satisfaction. Benefits include medical/dental coverage, 401(k), paid holidays, and generous vacation time.

Qualifications

• High school diploma or GED.
• At least two years of experience managing a multi-family community.
• At least one year of experience in affordable housing.
• At least one year of supervisory experience.
• Strong knowledge of Fair Housing and Landlord Tenant Laws in OR.
• Excellent attention to detail and organizational skills.
• Strong customer service and communication skills.
• Basic budgeting and math skills.
• Proficiency with standard computer applications.
• Must be able to read, write, and speak English fluently.

Responsibilities

• Represent Guardian professionally at all times.
• Coordinate property operations to meet ownership goals.
• Manage operations in compliance with laws including Fair Housing and OSHA.
• Assist in operating budgets and capital budgets.
• Analyze monthly financial statements and manage cash flow.
• Oversee leasing and revenue collection per lease and policy.
• Supervise property staff and vendors.
• Record time and approve timesheets daily.
• Lead site staff meetings and document minutes.
• Identify improvements to meet resident needs and company standards.
