Job summary

Asset Living is a fast-growing property management firm providing value nationwide. The Community Manager will oversee all operations of a housing community, supervise staff, leasing, maintenance, and financial reporting under the Regional Manager.

Requirements include a High School Diploma or equivalent, CAM/ARM preferred, and basic on-site software skills. Strong emphasis on safety, fair housing, and resident satisfaction with a proactive marketing plan.

Qualifications

• High school diploma or equivalent required; bachelor's degree preferred or equivalent experience.
• Certified Apartment Manager (CAM) or Accredited Resident Manager (ARM) preferred.
• Must understand on-site software functions and basic computer skills.

Responsibilities

• Oversee all on-site operations of the housing community under Regional Manager.
• Supervise staff, leasing, maintenance, finance, administration & risk management.
• Develop yearly budgets/forecasts and marketing plans.
• Ensure compliance with policies, safety, and fair housing guidelines.
• Direct emergency response and ensure tenant satisfaction.

Education

High School Diploma or Equivalent

Bachelor’s degree preferred

Experience in housing industry

One to two years related experience
