Job summary

Hunt Companies, Inc. seeks a Community Manager to assist the Community Director in property operations and resident satisfaction. You will lead staff, manage rent collection, delinquencies, and invoicing, and help with pre-close and close-out accounting processes.

You will oversee leasing, reports, evictions, and coordination with maintenance, while upholding company policies and safety standards at the site.

Qualifications

• High school diploma or GED required; bachelor's degree preferred.
• Minimum 2 years property leasing experience; 1 year managing others.
• Experience with YARDI preferred; strong MS Office skills.

Responsibilities

• Directly supervises Community Supervisors and Leasing Specialists.
• Monitors accounts receivable, collects rent, and maintains rent roll.
• Processes evictions, moves, renewals, and prepares reports.
• Coordinates with maintenance for unit reconditioning and safety.
• Assists with resident retention and community relations.
