Job summary

Cardinal Group in Pflugerville, TX is seeking a Community Manager (Full-Time, Exempt) to protect, maintain and enhance the community value while maximizing resident living experience by directing overall operational activities.

The role leads on-site maintenance, leasing, marketing, and finances, supervising staff and coordinating with residents to ensure high service levels and adherence to budgets. Strong communication and independence are essential.

Qualifications

• Four years of property management experience with leasing, marketing and resident relations.
• Working knowledge of property management software; Entrata preferred.
• Proficient in Microsoft Office and Google Workspace.
• Ability to analyze monthly financial statements and prepare budgets.

Responsibilities

• Direct day-to-day activities of loss prevention, risk management, safety, maintenance, marketing, leasing and facility upkeep.
• Develop income by managing cash flow and leasing strategy.
• Analyze and produce monthly financial statements including variances from budget.
• Maintain accurate community records and ensure lease data is input correctly.
• Coordinate revenues following lease obligations and approve invoices for services.
