Qualifications

• Four (4) years’ experience in property management.
• Strong ability to analyze monthly financial statements and budgets.
• Excellent written and verbal communication skills.
• Proven time management and organizational skills.
• Previous supervisory experience preferred.
• Ability to work independently and remotely when needed.
• Knowledge of leasing, marketing, and resident relations.
• Comfort with property management software, especially Yardi.

Responsibilities

• Demonstrate a professional, client‑oriented attitude with team members, residents, clients, and the public.
• Aim to improve community performance to meet financial and operational goals.
• Direct day‑to‑day activities of loss prevention, risk management, safety, maintenance, marketing, leasing, and upkeep.
• Develop income by managing cash flow and leasing strategy.
• Prepare monthly financial statements and variances from budget.
