Job summary

Cardinal Group is seeking a Community Manager (Full-Time, Exempt) in Michigan to protect, maintain, and enhance the value of the community while maximizing resident living experience. You will direct and coordinate the property's day-to-day operations, including maintenance, leasing, marketing, and safety, to achieve financial and operational goals.

Ideal candidates bring four years of property management experience, strong communication skills, and a proven ability to supervise on-site teams.

Qualifications

• Four years in property management with leasing, marketing, construction, and resident relations experience.
• Experience with property management software; Entrata preferred.
• Strong skills in MS Word, Excel, and Google Workspace.

Responsibilities

• Lead and coordinate day-to-day operations of the community, including maintenance, leasing, marketing, and safety.
• Improve community performance to meet financial and operational goals.
• Direct on-site maintenance, leasing staff, and office personnel; manage resident relations and repairs requests.
• Oversee revenue collection, budgets, and monthly financial statements; monitor variances.
• Engage vendors, approve invoices, and ensure compliance with lease obligations.
• Support training via Cardinal U and monitor team participation.
