Qualifications

• Minimum 3 years in property management or community operations.
• 3 years in supervisory role.

Responsibilities

• Support General Manager in daily operations and financial performance.
• Serve as primary resident contact and oversee maintenance coordination.
• Lead budgeting, capex planning, rent collection and delinquencies.
• Assist with leasing, marketing, and home sales activities.
• Ensure safety compliance and regulatory requirements.
• Coordinate with vendors and supervise team members.
• Prepare and review monthly P&L variances and reports.
• Respond to emergencies 24/7 and resolve issues per policy.
• Oversee model homes, advertising, and site readiness.
