Responsibilities

• Investigates origin and cause of claims by contacting insureds, claimants, agents, attorneys, contractors, experts, and other parties.
• Identifies complex issues and seeks assistance as needed while handling claims in good faith.
• Handles both 1st party and 3rd party claims across multiple policy types.
• Conducts on-site inspections, evaluates damages, and negotiates settlements with insureds and claimants.
