Qualifications

• Minimum 1 year of professional work experience in residential and commercial property claims.
• Solid understanding of insurance contracts, investigation techniques, and regulatory requirements.
• Ability to work collaboratively in a team and communicate effectively with diverse stakeholders.
• Familiar with ISO CP and BOP forms.
• Licensure within required state(s) or ability to obtain licensure.

Responsibilities

• Analyze initial reports and initiate the claims process with insureds.
• Evaluate policy language to identify coverage issues.
• Develop and maintain comprehensive claim files for investigations and loss analysis.
• Establish reserves and monitor claim progress.
• Negotiate settlements and manage vendor workflows.
• Mentor junior adjusters and support surge operations.
