Job summary

Chubb is seeking Auto Claims Adjusters to support Personal Lines, Commercial Lines, and Total Loss claims. The roles involve handling 1st and 3rd party claims, communicating with involved parties, and coordinating with repair shops and legal professionals.

Candidates should have 1 year of Auto Claims Adjusting experience and a strong understanding of insurance contracts. These positions require in-office presence in Phoenix, AZ, with opportunities across Personal, Commercial, and Total Loss

Qualifications

• Bachelor’s Degree or equivalent experience.
• Minimum of 1 year of Auto Claims Adjusting experience required in Personal, Commercial and/or Total Loss.
• Strong understanding of insurance contracts, legal requirements, and regulations.
• Excellent skills in customer service, investigation techniques, and negotiation.
• Ability to prioritize multiple tasks and work both in-person and remotely.

Responsibilities

• Reviewing and analyzing personal or commercial auto claims to determine coverage, liability, and damages.
• Communicating with policyholders, claimants, witnesses, and other involved parties to gather facts and documentation.
• Coordinating with repair shops and legal professionals as needed.
• Evaluating police reports, accident photos, and other evidence.
• Calculating and negotiating settlements within Chubb’s guidelines and authority limits.
• Maintaining accurate claim documentation and providing strong customer service throughout the process.
