Job summary

Chubb seeks an experienced Auto Claims Adjuster in the United States with locations in Phoenix, AZ and Alpharetta, GA. You will manage auto claims including property damage, liability inquiries, rental management, and related coverages, while ensuring fair claims practices and exceptional client service.

Responsibilities include reviewing contract language for coverage, investigating losses, establishing reserves, negotiating settlements, and mentoring junior adjusters as needed.

Qualifications

• A minimum of 2 years of auto claims experience including complex coverage and liability investigations.
• Bachelor’s Degree or equivalent practical experience is required.
• Strong understanding of insurance contracts, investigative methodologies, and regulations.

Responsibilities

• Review and evaluate coverage issues based on contract language.
• Develop claims files through investigation and loss analysis.
• Maintain diaries and establish reserves for claims.
• Negotiate settlements and manage vendor relationships.
