Chubb is building a talent pipeline for Property Claims Adjuster opportunities. These roles involve handling first-party residential and commercial property claims, analyzing reports, and resolving claims in an in-office environment.

We seek experienced claims professionals with knowledge of ISO CP and BOP forms, strong communication, and the ability to mentor others. Positions require in-office presence in Alpharetta, GA (and Phoenix, AZ), with opportunities to support surge events.

Qualifications

• 1+ year of professional work experience in property claims.
• Strong understanding of insurance contracts and policy language.
• Experience with residential and/or commercial property claims.
• Ability to work in-office and collaborate with cross-functional teams.

Responsabilités

• Analyze initial reports and initiate the claims process with insureds.
• Review policy contracts to identify coverage issues.
• Develop and maintain comprehensive claims files.
• Establish reserves and monitor progress.
• Identify recovery opportunities and negotiate settlements.
• Mentor less experienced adjusters and support surge operations.
