About this position

Successful State Farm Agent is seeking a qualified professional to join their winning team for the role of part-time or full-time Licensed Customer Service Representative - State Farm Agent Team Member. Active Property and Casualty license is required.

We seek a licensed energetic professional interested in helping our business grow through value-based conversations and remarkable customer experience. Only candidates who meet the following criteria will be considered for this role:

1. Must have an active Property and Casualty insurance license.
2. This can be a hybrid or remote position - our office is in Glen Allen, VA.

Responsibilities include but not limited to:

• Establish customer relationships and follow up with customers, as needed
• Provide prompt, accurate, and friendly customer service. Service can include responding to inquiries regarding insurance availability, eligibility, coverages, policy changes, transfers, claim submissions, and billing clarification
• Use a customer-focused, needs-based review process to educate customers about insurance options
• Create sales opportunities when appropriate based on customer needs
• Maintain a strong work ethic with a total commitment to success each and every day

Requirements

• Must be able to work in-office weekday afternoons for a minimum of 20 hours per week
• Property & Casualty license (must be able to obtain prior to start date)
• Life and Health license a plus!
• Recent State Farm experience strongly preferred
