Job summary

Accessible Space Inc. is seeking a full-time Property Caretaker / Maintenance person for our locations in the Twin Cities area, including Bloomington, MN. The role requires maintaining a clean and safe environment and performing minor repairs across properties.

You will handle unit turnovers, conduct routine maintenance, inspections, and related errands, with bids obtained for contracted work. First (Day) shift, 7am–6pm, 1 opening. Benefits listed below.

Property Caretaker / Maintenance Qualifications

• One year of experience in performing minor building and maintenance repairs
• Work independently
• Effective communicate orally and in writing.
• Ability to effectively and appropriately interact with individuals
• Availability to complete general work responsibilities Monday through Friday between the hours of 7am and 6pm
