Job summary

Accessible Space in Hibbing, MN is seeking a part-time Property Caretaker/Maintenance person for an apartment building. You will perform routine maintenance, keep the units clean and safe, and handle minor repairs, ensuring a well-maintained living environment for residents.

This role requires at least one year of maintenance experience, the ability to work independently, strong communication, and availability Monday through Friday between 7am and 6pm.

Qualifications

• One year of experience in performing minor building and maintenance repairs.
• Effective communicate orally and in writing.
• Ability to effectively and appropriately interact with individuals.
• Availability to complete general work responsibilities Monday through Friday between the hours of 7am and 6pm

Responsibilities

• Maintain a clean and safe environment.
• Complete minor building and unit maintenance repairs.
• Do all duties related to unit turnovers.
• Carry out ongoing routine maintenance and prevention checks.
• Implement required unit and building inspections.
• Obtain bids on contracted maintenance and repair work
