Job summary

Accessible Space in the Twin Cities area is seeking a Part Time Property Caretaker/Building Maintenance professional. This role is 15 to 30 hours per week and involves minor maintenance, cleaning, preparing apartments for new tenants, completing work orders, and grounds upkeep.

Candidates should have at least one year of basic maintenance experience, be reliable, and able to work independently. Hours are Monday through Friday, 7:00 a.m.

Qualifications

• At least one year of experience in basic building and maintenance repairs.
• Must be available Monday–Friday 7:00 a.m.–6:00 p.m. and able to work without direct supervision.
• Reliable, professional and able to work independently.

Responsibilities

• Perform minor maintenance and cleaning tasks.
• Prepare apartments for new tenants and complete work orders.
• Maintain grounds and ensure common areas are tidy.
