Candidates should have at least one year of basic building and maintenance experience, be dependable, and able to work independently. The schedule is Monday through Friday, 7:00 a.m.

• Professional, reliable, and able to work independently.
• Available to work Monday–Friday 7:00 a.m.–6:00 p.m.

Responsibilities

• Perform minor maintenance tasks and repairs.
• Clean and prepare apartments for new tenants.
• Complete work orders and maintain grounds.
