Qualifications

Responsibilities

• Manage work orders from resident requests and routine upkeep; diagnose and repair defects per policies and codes.
• Oversee and complete the make-ready process for vacant units and move-ins; coordinate vendors when needed.
• Develop and enforce standards for cleanliness and appearance of grounds, exteriors, interiors, signage, and common areas.
